About Kit Crumb

I've been telling stories all my life, (just ask my mother)  but It wasn’t until my sophomore year in high school when my creative writing teacher, who was also a published writer, gave me the positive encouragement I needed to try my hand at writing. My first effort was poetry, but by graduation I knew adventure fiction was my calling. Over the next few years, while working in broadcasting, I began to envision various characters. But it was the story, the adventure where the character lived that I was really able to sink my teeth into. The most fun for me, as a writer, has been creating towns along the Oregon, and Washington coast, and recently in the South Pacific as settings for my adventures.

I love the craft of writing, research, character development, scene and plot twists it’s all great fun for me, but knowing that I’m able to share a new adventure, thriller or mystery is truly frosting on the cake. I hope you enjoy reading my stories as much as I loved writing them.
